Mina is an Australian Lawyer with a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry (Bioactive Molecules and Metabolic Health) and more than ten years of post-doctoral experience in the same area, involving human clinical studies and in vitro cellular work employing molecular biology techniques and biomarkers of disease.   

Mina has published extensively and has previously worked with international private clients advising on the scientific feasibility of health claims for EFSA and FDA claims and participated in multi-partner research consortiums including biotech companies.  

In 2023 Mina completed her Juris Doctor with Distinction at Monash University and joined Stephens Lawyers & Consultants as a graduate. She was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria in June 2023.
