Rochina joined Stephens Lawyers and Consultants in August, 2013 and provides consultancy services on Media, Entertainment and the Arts.
Rochina advises and consults on commercial and intellectual property matters including copyright protection and licensing; visual arts and design; film funding applications; film production and distribution; film option agreements; music recording, publishing and distribution agreements; media and defamation; and business structuring for film production, publishers, musicians, bands, artists and galleries.
Owen Pitt LLB. (Hons.), BEng. (Hons.)
Owen Pitt joined Stephens Lawyers & Consultants in August 2018. Prior to joining Stephens Lawyers & Consultants, Owen worked as a consultant at a private business consulting firm, where he assisted companies involved in Engineering, Materials & Manufacturing, I.T., Food Technology and Brewing, to claim the Research and Development Tax Incentive and other government programs such as the Export Market Development Grant.
Owen’s engineering background and consultancy experience in this sector, enables Stephens Lawyers & Consultants to provide expert legal advice and assistance to companies operating in the sector.
Mashal Masood LLB. B. Pharm.
Mashal Masood joined Stephens Lawyers and Consultants in June 2021. Mashal completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2014 and qualified as a pharmacist in 2015 and completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Adelaide in 2018. Prior to joining Stephens Lawyers & Consultants Mashal worked as a pharmacist in community and hospital settings before being admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2019.
Mashal, as a qualified pharmacist and lawyer, has an understanding of the pharmaceutical and health industry and regulation of the supply and marketing of therapeutic goods under the Therapeutic Goods Act and other laws. Her background compliments Stephens Lawyers & Consultants’ existing practice in Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law.
